Important Answers for Brides

Answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you know we are the right photographers for you.

Congratulations on your engagement! This is such an exciting moment in your life!! We remember our engagement well and it was full of planning and choosing vendors. So much fun but so many decisions. We hope by answering these frequently asked questions that we can make choosing your photographer an easy decision for you.

Our Style

As creatives, we like to make our work stand out, with our own particular style. We mostly focus on portraits, but also include some candid and lifestyle in our shots. Our images possess a timeless, light and airy, quality and we use natural light as much as possible.

Images You Receive

You will receive full-resolution images within thirty days of your wedding in an online gallery where you can download, mark your favorites, and purchase prints.

Retouching

We color correct all images and retouch up to five photos.  Additional editing can be purchased a la carte.

Type of paper

When you order prints through your personal gallery, your images will be printed by one of the premier print labs in the continental US. They use the highest quality archival paper and their prints have a longevity of a hundred years plus in typical conditions.

Sharing Images

You receive full rights to share, download, and print the resulting images and we hold the copyright.

What’s included?

Your wedding package includes a gallery of full-resolution images, eight hours of consecutive wedding coverage, and a personalized wedding timeline. At this time, we do not create albums, but know some amazing people we can put you in touch with. Extra hours and a second shooter can be purchased at an hourly rate. Aaron will be your photographer and he has an assistant who will attend at no extra cost. If he cannot make it, we will find a replacement photographer.

Wedding Clients

As we are new to the industry, we have only shot a handful of weddings (see a selection of images here). However, Aaron has been the second shooter at many weddings in the past. Our favorite part of the wedding day is the first look and capturing special moments that the bride and groom may not notice because they’re too focused on each other (as it should be)!! We love spring and fall weddings as the weather is cooler, but if you choose summer or winter for your big day, those will be no problem! At this time, we only do one wedding per weekend.

Wedding Day

Coordinating with other Vendors

We love working with wedding coordinators and videographers and they love working with us. We make sure to talk with them ahead of time to make sure we are all on the same page and then we communicate with them throughout the wedding day to keep everything running smoothly.

We enjoy working with vendors of all kinds, florists, DJs, venues, and caterers alike. We know that you spent a lot of time and effort deciding who would serve you on your special day so we like to capture some good images of your vendors and their contributions.

Shot List

We create a shot list that we will give to both sides of the bride and groom so that everyone knows when it’s their turn to take pictures. By doing so, we ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.

Lighting

We bring our own lighting as long as the venue allows it. If they don’t, we ask that you coordinate with the vendor to ensure there is lighting available if it’s needed.

Dress Code

Photographer(s) and assistant(s) will be dressed in business professional attire or according to the dress code of the wedding.

We hope this answers your questions and puts you at ease. We are a fun couple who love working with and meeting new people. If you feel we are right for you, please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch with you soon!
